I previously had problems with another loft conversion company as some of the work that they carried out within my home was incorrect and not what I originally asked for, eventually I had enough and requested that they did not return. I got into contact with upper room lofts and explained my problem, they booked me in at short notice and a young man named Craig corrected the jobs that needed doing, I was very pleased with the outcome and have booked in to have more work done in my home in the near future.
